This is a great program to build some serious strength while mastering the Olympic lifts. Whether you finally decided to switch to full-time lifting or you're prepping for a competition this is going to get you the results you are looking for. The hardest part is just putting in the work. If you follow the program you will see the results. Program is broken down into 4 phases: Hypertrophy/Muscular Endurance is where we lay the foundation, Strength is where we continue building, Speed/Power is where we get closer to competition and the reps get lower and the weights get heavier. Everything we do is strategized to make sure you hit the biggest lifts when it counts. Every session should take between 1.5-2hrs depending on your ability to get to work and stay off your phone ;).
