16 Week+1 test week Squat ONLY Program/ 3 Days per Week

This is the longer version of the Squat ONLY Program. This is great for anybody wanting to increase their overall squat strength. You can run this program alone or as an add on to your current CrossFit or Weightlifting training. Notice you will have to back off on your Olympic lifts if you want to see the best results. This program runs 3 days per week.

All you need is your current 1RM back squat and front squat and simply plug in your numbers and follow the template week by week.
